HospitalityTechAI is hospitality management software that supports reservations, guest enquiries, guest CRM, loyalty, feedback and staff scheduling for restaurants, bars and venues. Where a venue enables the AI chat widget, the widget is designed to answer guest questions and capture enquiries; a human at the venue remains responsible for confirming bookings and for decisions about staff. Nothing on this website should be relied on as legal, financial or professional advice.

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at all times.
